How We Work

Step 1: Hit Us Up!


Contact us and tell us about your event. The more details, the better. Let us know what date and time you are looking for, event type, guest count, and the location or venue.

Step 2: Proposal Time


Based on the information you provide in your inquiry, we will assemble a package and provide you with pricing information for you to review.

Step 3: Let’s Make It Official


If you are happy with the proposal, we will send you an electronic contract for you to sign and an invoice for you to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer. This is secure that the date is yours!

Step 4: Consultation


This is our favorite part…curating your dream bar experience! We will set- up a phone call with you to go over all the details of your event and coordinate all the logistics. We will create a custom bar menu and go over how much alcohol you will need to purchase for your event. We will guide you every step of the way to make sure you have everything you need.

Step 5: Party Time


It’s Party Time! We will arrive on the day of the event about 1.5 - 2 hours before service will start. We’ll coordinate with you and gather and organize the alcohol you’ve purchased. We will begin setting up the bar area and take care of every detail.
